Return & Refund Policy
At GlobeTrade Connect, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@globetradeconnect.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@globetradeconnect.com so we can address the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Return the original item following the return process.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
We only process exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or of the wrong size. For approved exchanges, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Contact us at info@globetradeconnect.com to start an exchange request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time:
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
No Return Slip? No Problem!

Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Customers must initially cover return shipping fees. Once the item is inspected and confirmed defective or incorrect, we will reimburse both the product cost and the shipping fees to your original payment method.
Non-Defective Items:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, including instances of ordering the wrong product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
