Does GlobeTrade Connect provide delivery?
Delivery is facilitated by our trusted logistics partners. GlobeTrade Connect oversees the order process and coordinates with delivery providers, ensuring timely and secure shipping.

Our platform is accessible 24/7. For customer support or order assistance, you can contact us during business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST).

How can I enter a promotion code?
You can apply a promotion code at checkout. Look for the “Enter Promotion Code” field on the cart page before proceeding with payment.
Is there a minimum order amount for free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available for orders exceeding $500.00. Orders below this amount may incur delivery fees based on the chosen shipping method.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary depending on the shipping option selected:
- Express Delivery: $24.99
- Standard Delivery: $14.99
Delivery fees are displayed clearly on the checkout page before finalizing your order.
How can I add delivery instructions to my order?
You can provide delivery instructions in the “Delivery Notes” section on the checkout page.
How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the supplier’s location. Estimated delivery times are:
- Express Delivery: 2-5 business days.
- Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days.
You will receive email notifications when your order is processed and shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order:
- Sign in to your account.
- Navigate to My Account > My Orders.
- Locate the order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Order.”
Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I partially cancel an order?
No, partial cancellations are not supported at this time. If you cancel an order, the entire order will be canceled.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through notifications sent to your email at various stages:
- Accepted Order – this says that your order has been accepted by the store.
- Rejected Order – this says that your order has been rejected by the store due to some reason.
- Order Ready – this says that your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
- Order Picked Up – this says that you or a person on behalf of you has picked up the order from the respective store.
- Order Cancel By Store – this says that your order has been canceled due to some reason.
- Order Item Availability – this says that whether products that you have ordered are available in the store or not. Depending upon the item availability you can decide whether you want to receive that particular order with less products or want to cancel it.
- Order Out for Delivery – this says that your order is out for delivery, and will reach at your doorsteps at any moment.
How do I return an order?
Returns depend on the supplier’s policy. Please contact the supplier directly for details on their return process. Supplier contact information is provided in your order confirmation email or on our Contact Us page.
Do I need to be present to accept delivery?
Yes, someone must be available to accept the delivery. Verification of identity may be required for certain high-value or regulated items.

Which payment methods are accepted on GlobeTrade Connect?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).
- Bank Transfers.
- Cryptocurrency.
Can I pay in cash for an order?
No, all orders must be prepaid through the platform using one of the accepted payment methods.
How long does it take for refunds to reflect in my account?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
